Emergency Vents
Emergency vents are products that provide steam output to balance the internal pressure that occurs as a result of rapid evaporation of the product stored in the tank, especially in case of fire, due to the increase in temperature around the tank.
When the tank internal pressure reaches the emergency relief set pressure value, the loaded cover is removed to allow the overloaded pressure to vent to the atmosphere or to extend the pipe. Pallets are blade-sealed or metal-to-metal edged. The cover screen above the entrance is free of foreign matter.
